About the faculty and department

The successful candidate will contribute to the academic excellence of the department by teaching a variety of courses within the subject areas of General Business Management, Business Management and Technology, Finance/ FinTech, Accounting, Economics, Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Operations, Information System, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. They will also engage in scholarly activities, provide academic advisement to students, and participate in departmental and university service activities.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the Business Management curriculum and delivering high-quality education across various courses.


About the position

The Honours Bachelor of Business Administration invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor. The appointment will commence no later than July 1.


We are focusing our current search on candidates with an academic and teaching background in Economics (Macro and Micro) as well as Finance Management.


The successful candidate will have the following education and experience:

  • Master’s degree (Ph.D. or DBA is preferred) in General Business Management, Business Management and Technology, Finance/FinTech, Accounting, Economics, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Operations, Information System, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship from an accredited institution.
  • teaching experience in the areas of: General Business Management, Business Management and Technology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.
  • industry experience and expertise to enhance student learning through real life scenarios and case studies.
  • in course development and curriculum design in in-person, online, and hybrid modes is essential, with an understanding of the importance of ensuring alignment with academic standards and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • with innovative teaching methods, technology-enhanced instruction, and experiential learning approaches is desirable.
  • of scholarly research and a record of publications or potential for future scholarly productivity.
  • communication skills and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
  • as an Academic Advisor or Program Coordinator, supervision of student research work and capstone courses at the undergraduate level
